Privacy & Cookie Policy

Thank you for spending time with my music and creative work. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit the website, listen to music, sign up for updates, share feedback, or make a purchase.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy describes the practices of the Tre’ Rochelle artist brand (“Tre’ Rochelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) in connection with our artist website and related music, communication, and fan experiences. Our website is built with a HighLevel-based website platform. Some features link to StreetTeam, Spotify, and other services with their own privacy practices.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on what you choose to do, we may collect your name, email address, contact details, messages, voluntary survey responses, purchase and shipping details, and other information you share in a form or communication. You do not have to provide a name or email address to explore the public SoulTré Listening Room.

Technical and activity information. Our website platform and service providers may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device details, pages visited, referral sources, cookie choices, and interactions needed to operate or secure the site. If analytics is permitted, we use Google Analytics to measure website activity.

Listening Room interactions. The Listening Room may send two events to Google Analytics under the website's consent settings: soultre_song_selected when a song is selected and soultre_feedback when a quick reaction is selected or changed. The event parameters contain song titles or reaction categories, not names or email addresses. Selecting a song does not prove the entire song was played. The quick-reaction buttons themselves do not request your contact details. The optional detailed-feedback survey is hosted by StreetTeam and asks for information separately.

2. How we use information

  • To send music, behind-the-song stories, news and selected invitations when you ask to receive them.
  • To respond to your messages, process purchases, arrange fulfillment, and help with customer questions.
  • To maintain and secure the website and related experiences.
  • To understand broad engagement and improve the music experience when analytics is allowed.
  • To meet applicable legal obligations and protect against misuse or fraud.

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, including consent, taking steps you request or performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, or complying with the law.

3. Cookies and website analytics

Cookies and similar technologies help websites function, remember settings, and sometimes measure activity. Our website uses a cookie-consent banner that asks visitors around the world to choose between essential cookies and optional cookies. Under the configuration tested for this site, Essential Only keeps Google's analytics and advertising storage permissions denied. Accept All allows Google Analytics storage, while Google's advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization permissions remain denied.

CategoryPurposeCurrent choice
EssentialSupports website operation, security, and remembering necessary preferences.May be used regardless of optional analytics choice.
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics helps us understand visits and Listening Room interactions.Analytics cookies require analytics permission.
AdvertisingGoogle advertising-related storage and personalization permissions.Currently configured as denied, even when analytics is accepted.
Embedded musicSpotify provides an interactive music player after you choose a song.Spotify operates under its own privacy and cookie terms; it is not necessarily controlled by Google's consent choices.

The cookie banner is currently configured to request a new choice after approximately 14 days. This describes the consent-choice expiration, not the lifespan of every individual cookie. You can also use your browser settings to block or remove cookies, although this may affect functionality.

Under Google's advanced Consent Mode, some limited cookieless measurement requests can occur when analytics storage is denied. Those requests are not the same as placing Google Analytics cookies. Google's description of this behavior is available in its Consent Mode documentation.

This is a disclosure of the categories and consent behavior currently configured and tested. It is not a verified list of every cookie name, provider, or individual expiration period. A separate cookie inventory may be updated as platform and third-party behavior is confirmed.

4. Embedded music and other services

Spotify. The Listening Room does not automatically load its embedded Spotify player when the page opens. Instead, the Spotify player is created when you select a song. At that point your browser connects to Spotify, which may collect technical information or use cookies according to its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You may choose not to open the player.

HighLevel-based website platform. The website provider supports our site, cookie banner and related functions. The platform may process technical and other information needed to provide those services. HighLevel provides information about its own privacy practices. Our policy governs how we use information submitted to us through the artist website.

StreetTeam / Modern Musician. When you select an option to receive Music & Updates, complete detailed feedback, join a fan experience, or interact with certain store and community features, you may be taken to StreetTeam. StreetTeam handles those interactions using its platform. Read StreetTeam's Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Other links and payments. Links to social media, retailers, music platforms and checkout providers (which may include Stripe) can take you to separately operated services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We receive the purchase and delivery information needed to fulfill orders, but payment-card processing is handled by the checkout provider.

5. Email and marketing choices

Tre’ Rochelle Music & Updates is optional. If you subscribe, we use the information you provide to send artist communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in a message or by contacting us. Necessary purchase receipts or other transaction-related messages may still be sent. An email subscription does not automatically enroll you in a paid membership or a separate SoulTré community.

If a separate service offers text messaging, text-message permission is requested separately. We do not treat joining an email list as permission for promotional text messages.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and fan experiences, send requested communications, process transactions, provide support, protect our services, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell our fan email list. Depending on the law and the specific integration enabled, some third-party advertising or audience-matching activities may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even without a traditional sale; we will provide legally required choices where applicable.

7. Retention, security and international access

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including fan communications, fulfillment, security, dispute handling, unsubscribe records, and legal or accounting obligations. Providers may have their own retention schedules. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can promise complete security.

Our artist operations are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate. Where international data-transfer safeguards are legally required, we seek to use appropriate protections.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or restrictions on processing; you may also have a right to withdraw consent, opt out of certain uses, appeal a refusal or complain to a privacy regulator. Certain exceptions can apply, including legal recordkeeping requirements.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the links included in those messages. To change a prior website cookie selection, you can clear the site's cookies and saved site data in your browser, then return to the site to make a new choice. The HighLevel banner may not offer a separate persistent preferences control once dismissed.

Send a request to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may ask for information necessary to verify the request. For records maintained directly in a StreetTeam account, its privacy choices page describes additional options.

9. Children's privacy

Our website and music-update signups are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information to us, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our technology, services or privacy practices change. We will update the date at the top and provide any further notice or consent required by law.
